Dr. Greg Rieker is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of LongPath Technologies, where he drives technological advancements that aim to reduce global methane emissions significantly. His expertise in laser technology began at the Missouri University of Science and Technology, followed by earning MS and PhD degrees at Stanford University. He co-founded Fluence, focusing on compact particle accelerator technology, before joining the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in 2012. At NIST, he collaborated on dual-frequency comb technology. Dr. Rieker later led the Precision Laser Diagnostics Laboratory at the University of Colorado Boulder. His work has earned him multiple prestigious awards.

Dr. Caroline Alden is the Chief Scientist and Co-Founder of LongPath Technologies. She has a strong background in environmental science, with degrees from Colorado College and a Ph.D. from the University of Colorado. Caroline has worked with NOAA and Stanford University, focusing on greenhouse gas monitoring. At LongPath, she leads policy and regulatory affairs, pioneering innovations in methane monitoring. With dual degrees from the prestigious Institute of Optics at the University of Rochester, Robbie Wright stands at the convergence of academic excellence and practical expertise. At CU Boulder,he realized groundbreaking achievements, like crafting the world's first mobile dual frequency comb spectrometer. Since the dawn of LongPath in 2017, Robbie has been the engineering lynchpin by consistently applying techno-economic analysis to the commercialization of stabilized lasers applied to seeking and quantifying methane plumes.

Sean leads LongPath's scientific research and development efforts. Sean earned his doctorate in Chemistry from the University of Colorado Boulder while working on projects involving the development and field deployment of research instrumentation. He joined the initial research team in 2015 and has been with LongPath Technologies since its founding in 2017.

As the CMO of LongPath Technologies, Rachael Shayne is an accomplished executive with a strong focus on revenue-driven marketing strategies, customer and employee brand experiences, and fostering company culture. With expertise spanning climate technology, sustainability, internet infrastructure, and consumer goods, Rachael has a proven track record of building cohesive teams and leading them through dynamic environments. She is passionate about exploring new markets, innovative marketing techniques, and understanding behavior to drive growth.

Rachael's visionary leadership and refined problem-solving skills contribute to enhancing GTM strategies, B2B sales, revenue velocity, brands, and teams. Throughout her career, Rachael has guided prominent brands including Procter & Gamble, Alibaba.com, Zayo, Project Canary, BeZero, Risilience carbon data, and more. Her commitment extends beyond professional achievements, as she mentors through the Blackstone Entrepreneurs Network, TechStars, and the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business, reflecting her dedication to nurturing the next generation of innovators.

Sam Cummings is the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Strategy at LongPath Technologies. He guides the company’s financial direction and strategic initiatives. Before LongPath, Sam spent eight years at VisionRidge Partners, managing sustainable asset investments globally. His career began at McKinsey & Company and continued at Arsenal Capital. Raised in Switzerland and the Netherlands, Sam holds degrees from McGill University and Harvard Business School. He resides in Boulder, Colorado, with his two children and is an avid outdoorsman and volunteer firefighter.

Chelsea Cassel is the Senior Vice President, Growth Strategy at LongPath Technologies. With 13 years of connecting innovative technologies to Upstream Oil and Gas Operators, Chelsea's roots are in establishing best practices from exploration to decommissioning. Chelsea has led teams to drive solutions for E&Ps globally. Her experience spans Geosciences, Petrophysics, Reservoir Engineering, Drilling and Completion Execution, Production Enhancement, and Decommissioning Strategies. She has worked for Petrophysical Consulting firms, such as GeoSystems, LLC, Weatherford Inc., and Stratum Reservoir, supporting onshore and offshore evaluation while spearheading new market entry internationally. Before joining LongPath Technologies, Chelsea led Commercial Strategy for Corva Inc., positioning real-time, cloud-based SaaS and custom development to Operators in NAM. Her most valued trait is a commitment to understanding problems and working with industry partners to deliver unique solutions. Taken from her days at Texas A&M, she believes in transparent and honest business practices as her guiding light for leadership. Chelsea enjoys volunteering and mentoring, previously serving on boards for SPWLA and SPE, and has been active throughout the years in AAPG chapters SIPES and IPAA.

Burney (BJ) Latiolais, Jr. embodies expertise and innovation in the oilfield sector, with a career spanning over four decades. As the Executive Vice President of International Operations at LongPath Technologies, BJ's extensive experience encompasses operational management, strategic planning, and sales and business development leadership. His hands-on approach has seen him at the heart of operations, from the shop floor to the boardroom, developing meaningful global relationships across the energy industry.

BJ's track record of mentoring teams and integrating new technology is unmatched. His entrepreneurial spirit is evidenced by his role as an inventor on 20 patents, and his strategic insight has facilitated over ten acquisitions and joint ventures, culminating in significant profitability and growth. Under his stewardship, teams have been empowered, operations streamlined, and innovative technologies successfully commercialized internationally.
